This Request for Quotation (RFQ) invites prospective respondents to submit quotations to support internal governance exploration and planning as Cowichan Tribes begin negotiating self-government. The successful contractor will have extensive experience working with First Nations in Canada and demonstrated knowledge of First Nations self-governance, First Nation – Crown negotiations, and Indigenous common law in Canada. The procurement includes management advisory services, strategic planning consultation, organizational structure consultation, and government affairs and community relations consultation services. Submissions must be made electronically via BC Bid by the closing date.
