This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks a qualified Proponent to act as the Municipality's Qualified Person (QP) to assist in the remediation of the former Newcastle Fire Hall site at 247 King Avenue East. The work must comply with the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation, and Parks' regulatory standards and include filing a Record of Site Condition (RSC).
