Description
This notice announces a new Computer Matching Agreement under the Privacy Act of 1974. The program verifies the eligibility of Military Health System (MHS) beneficiaries who are Medicare eligible to receive TRICARE benefits. The Department of Defense's Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) will provide data to the Department of Health and Human Services' Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for matching and validation. The verified Medicare information will be updated in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) for use by the Defense Health Agency.
