Description

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary special local regulation (SLR) for certain navigable waters of Lake Erie near Kelleys Island, OH to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards created by a sailing race. The regulation prohibits persons and vessels from entering the regulated area during the enforcement period unless authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Detroit or their designated representative.
