Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that citric acid and certain citrate salts from Canada are not being, or are not likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The investigation covers the period from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination. The final determination has been postponed to no later than 135 days after the preliminary determination publication date.
