Seminole County Utilities Department is seeking qualified contractors to perform comprehensive inspection, cleaning, evaluation, and repair of water storage tanks and contact chambers at multiple sites. The work includes visual inspections (manual and robotic) of interior and exterior surfaces of concrete and steel tanks, cleaning, evaluation, and repair services such as structural repairs, component replacements, sealant and coating repairs, and steel tank remediation. The contractor must comply with OSHA, AWWA, ACI standards, and Florida regulations. The scope also includes gasket replacement at no additional charge, inspection reports with photographic records, recommendations, videos, and ultrasonic thickness surveys for atmospheric tanks. Repairs may be performed based on inspection findings.
