Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for winter maintenance services at approximately 2389 Grand River Transit bus stops across three service areas in the Region. The contract is divided into three areas (A, B, and C), and bidders may bid on one or all areas. The Region intends to award contracts for all three areas but no proponent may be awarded more than two areas. Awards will be made to a minimum of two proponents if all three areas are awarded, based on best overall value. The Region reserves the right to make awards by area, in whole or in part, and is under no obligation to make any award.
