Description

The County is seeking a qualified Inspector of Record firm or individual for the remodel of housing units 1, 2, and 3 at the Santa Maria Juvenile Justice Center. The remodel includes upgrading units 1 and 2 to a higher security level with new cell doors, automated locking systems, cameras, security system upgrades, new finishes, and ADA-compliant shower room updates. Unit 3 will be remodeled to create a lower security housing unit for low-risk wards, including cell door replacement, lighting, security system updates, ADA-compliant shower room updates, and new finishes.
