Description
The Seattle Office of Planning and Community Development (OPCD) is requesting proposals to support low-income legacy homeowners (80% AMI or less) in adding infill housing to their properties. The program, funded by a federal PRO Housing grant from HUD, aims to provide education, technical assistance, and pre-development services to help homeowners understand zoning changes, evaluate development options, and prepare for project and permit submission. The solicitation includes two workstreams: Legacy Homeowner Education & Networking and Legacy Homeowner Pre-Development Technical Assistance.
