The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is seeking qualified vendors to operate and manage Food & Beverage (F&B) concession spaces in Terminal 3 North 2 Concourse at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. - Opportunity divided into three packages: - Package 1: Two quick-serve restaurant concepts, a café bar, and beverage vending machines (totaling 6,091 sq ft) - Package 2: Coffee-focused café (1,198 sq ft), reserved for small businesses - Package 3: Full-service restaurant with bar (2,267 sq ft) - Successful vendors will enter into lease agreements with the City and are responsible for development, operation, and management of the premises - Emphasis on participation from local and small businesses - Requirements include response guarantees, affidavits, insurance, and compliance documentation - Evaluation based on concept/menu plan, design quality, management/marketing/operations/technology plans, experience, and business plans - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - Contracts are non-exclusive and may be amended or terminated per agreement terms
