The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is seeking qualified respondents to operate and manage Food & Beverage concession spaces in Terminal 3 North 2 Concourse at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The solicitation includes three packages: Package 1 with two quick-serve restaurant concepts, a café bar, and beverage vending machines totaling 6,091 sq ft; Package 2 for a coffee-focused café as a small business opportunity with 1,198 sq ft; and Package 3 for a full-service restaurant with bar occupying 2,267 sq ft. Successful respondents will enter into lease agreements and manage the premises.
