North East Independent School District (NEISD) is seeking proposals for consultants, speakers, and program presenters related to student and staff development. This solicitation is an Extended Response Period (ERP) bid, allowing multiple awards to vendors on an incremental basis throughout the solicitation period. Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals early as awards will be made upon acceptance of responses. This is a Request for Proposal and does not guarantee any purchase quantities or dollar amounts; purchases will be made as needed.
