Description

The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Contract Management Unit is soliciting quotes from responsible and qualified MWBE, SDVOB, or NYS small business contractors to perform a retube of the fire tube boiler at the Powerhouse for OPWDD Finger Lakes DDSOO located at 620 Westfall Road, Rochester, NY 14620. The scope includes removal and disposal of old tubes, installation of new tubes, acid wash of new tubes, and verification of proper boiler operation. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for September 3, 2026, at 10am. This procurement is restricted to certified MWBE, SDVOB, or NYS Small Businesses, and certification documents must be provided with the quote. Quotes are due by September 17, 2026, at 2pm.
