Description

The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Contract Management Unit for Finger Lakes DDSOO is soliciting quotes from responsible and qualified MWBE, SDVOB, or NYS small business contractors to perform a retube of the fire tube boiler at the Powerhouse located at 620 Westfall Road, Rochester, NY 14620. The scope includes removal and disposal of old tubes, installation of new tubes, acid wash of new tubes, and verification of proper boiler operation. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for September 3, 2026, at 10am. Quotes are due by September 17, 2026, at 2pm, and contractors must be certified MWBE, SDVOB, or NYS Small Business and registered with NYSDOL.
