Description

The New York State Office of Mental Health and Pilgrim Psychiatric Center are seeking a contractor through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to provide preventive maintenance services for chiller systems and ancillary equipment at their campus located at 998 Crooked Hill Road, West Brentwood, NY 11717. The contract term is three years, and the scope includes tasks detailed in Appendix D of the contract boilerplate. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for September 2, 2026, and bids are due by September 24, 2026. Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOB) participation goals are set at 16% MBE, 14% WBE, and 6% SDVOB.
