Description

The New York State Office of Mental Health is seeking qualified vendors to establish a Statewide Purchase Authorization Contract for the supply and direct delivery of perforated paper stock for OMH psychiatric centers and facilities statewide. Individual OMH facilities and nutrition departments will place orders on an as-needed basis, with items shipped directly from the contractor to the ordering facility. The contract term is five years from OSC approval, and delivery must be completed within a maximum lead time of four weeks from receipt of order. Bids are due by 3:00 PM ET on September 30, 2026, with questions due by 3:00 PM ET on September 18, 2026.
