Description

The Livingston County Land Bank Corporation requests proposals from qualified modular home builders/installers to furnish and install a new single-family modular home on a vacant lot on Parker Road in the Village of Mt. Morris, NY. The site is a portion of Tax Map ID 106.17-1-2.1, to be subdivided as Parcel B, approximately 1.290 acres. The Land Bank owns the property and will convey it as a fully subdivided, buildable lot before construction begins. The awarded contractor will coordinate all project activities with the Land Bank and LiRo Engineers, Inc., the engineer/consultant overseeing construction.
