The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), Ocean Sciences Division, is seeking information from vendors for the replacement of two datacenter-class uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and related equipment for its facility. - Government Buyer: - Naval Research Laboratory, Ocean Sciences Division - Products Requested: - Two (2) datacenter-class UPS units, each with 80kVA capacity, 10-minute battery backup, N+1 redundancy - Maximum dimensions: 100"W x 115"D x 94"H - Maximum weight: 7,500 lbs - Thermal output: max 22,000 BTU/hr - Integrated 480V input to 208V output transformer - Integrated electrical distribution cabinet (225Amps 208V, 72 breaker positions) - Integrated maintenance bypass switch - Remote Emergency Power Off (EPO) switch with physical cover - Forty-eight (48) power feeds with NEMA L21-30P plugs (24 per UPS), up to 60 feet long, routed overhead - Forty-eight (48) 0U rack mount metered 3-phase 120/208V PDUs - NEMA L21-30 input - Thirty-six (36) NEMA C13, six (6) NEMA C19, six (6) NEMA 5-15/20R outputs per PDU - Services Requested: - Installation and electrical work by licensed and bonded electricians (Mississippi approved) - Manufacturer startup services and initial in-person training - On-site preventative maintenance: one visit per year for at least 3 years - Unique Requirements: - N+1 redundancy for UPS - Specific size, weight, and thermal output limits - Delivery and installation within 5 months - Warranty and maintenance for at least 3 years - End of support date at least 10 years from purchase - Installation after-hours or weekends; non-disruptive site prep during business hours - Manufacturer startup and training required - No specific OEMs, vendors, or part numbers are mentioned; respondents must demonstrate how their solutions meet these technical specifications and provide pricing, warranty, and delivery information.

Description

Naval Reserach Laboratory (NRL) Ocean Sciences Division is seeking solutions to replace two (2) datacenter-class uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), each with a capacity of 80kVA, and the ability to provide electrical power to connected equipment for at least 10 minutes. Solutions are also expected to provide electrical feed cabling and rack PDUs to match the updated UPS systems. See the attached Technical Specifications/ Statement of Work.

Submission Requirements

Sources Sought Notice Responses shall contain the following information:

1. Capabilities showing how each specification will be met in accoradance with the Technical Specifications_SOW

2. Estimated Pricing

3. Warranty Information.

4. Does your company currently hold a Governmentwide Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract that can fulfill this requirement, if yes please provide the Contract number.

5. Lead Time & Delivery Date
