The Government of Canada, through Environment and Protected Areas, is seeking quotes for the supply, delivery, and installation of a walk-in freezer and associated refrigeration equipment. The freezer will be used for storing biological samples, including large animal carcasses and smaller tissue samples. The freezer box measures 12 ft x 10 ft x 8 ft and includes insulated panels, floor, door, heated drain, refrigeration equipment, freon, and materials. The equipment will be installed inside an unheated, uninsulated storage building at ground level, with electrical wiring already in place.
