The Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO) is seeking proposals for advisory and evaluation services to support its Fast Frequency Response Plus (FFR+) Procurement. The services are divided into two scopes: Financial Viability Assessment Services and Commercial Operation Date Assessment Services, with proponents able to submit for either or both. The work includes developing submission requirements, evaluation criteria, assessment methodologies, and templates, advising on financial viability and project schedule assessments, evaluating proposals, and supporting debriefs and post-award activities.
