The Government of Canada, through the Correctional Service of Canada, is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of the sanitary sewer main within E & F ducts at Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The project involves using cured in place pipe (CIPP) technology to restore structural integrity, eliminate infiltration and exfiltration, and extend service life with minimal operational disruption. The contractor must minimize site disruptions, communicate anticipated disruptions in advance, perform work during regular hours, and provide Operation and Maintenance manuals along with detailed drawings and records.
