Description
The Government of Canada, through the National Research Council of Canada (NRC), is seeking a supplier for one long-endurance, fuel-powered, single-rotor maritime vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) remotely piloted aircraft system (RPAS) named High Eye Airboxer. The system includes a ground control station, medium-range tracking antenna, emergency flotation kit, engine start kit, transport cases, integration and charging equipment, maintenance package, field repair kit, simulator system, and AIS receiver. It is designed for operations in confined land-based and maritime environments and supports integration of scientific, remote-sensing, and surveillance payloads. The contract duration is 8 months starting from October 1, 2026, with delivery required by March 31, 2027.
