Description

The Kananaskis Improvement District (KID) is seeking a qualified engineering and planning consulting firm with municipal experience to support operations, development review, and policy development. The scope includes Land Use Order updates, planning and engineering policy development, and development application review. Additional services may involve planning, engineering, policy, regulatory, technical review, stakeholder engagement, research, and reporting related to municipal operations, land use planning, infrastructure, and the All-season Resorts Act. The contract duration is 27 months starting from September 28, 2026.
