Description
Concho Valley Transit District (CVTD), a program of the Concho Valley Council of Governments (CVCOG), is seeking professional services to develop, produce, and deliver a program of travel training and rider education videos. The videos aim to increase public awareness, accessibility, and utilization of public transportation services throughout the Concho Valley region. The project targets older adults, children ages 12 and older, individuals with disabilities, low-income populations, first-time transit users, and others who may benefit from clear and accessible transit instructions. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of video production, including planning, filming, editing, accessibility compliance, and delivery of final products in English and Spanish, along with subtitles in the top 50 languages. The project also includes stakeholder engagement, outreach planning, and delivery of deployment assets for broad distribution.
