Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure upgraded computers, computer kits, and individual components on a sole source to BART & ASSOCIATES, LLC. 

The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Governmennt intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302
