DLA Maritime - Pearl Harbor is seeking to procure a specialized epoxy primer for use at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Pearl Harbor - Competitive Sourcing Division (DLA-HMD) - OEM Highlight: - Sherwin Williams is the specified manufacturer for the epoxy primer - Products Requested: - Fast-Clad ER Blue 2-Part Epoxy Primer (MIL-PRF-23236 Type-7 Class 5/18 7/18 and/or 13/18) - Part Number: B62L230/B62V230 - Quantity: 82 kits (each kit is 10 gallons) - Requirements: - Shelf-life compliance: minimum 85% shelf life at receipt, 24 months extendible by 24 months - Hazardous material handling and traceability documentation required - Safety Data Sheets (SDS) must be submitted with quotes - Delivery to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard IMF - Evaluation based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) - SBA-eligible business set-aside - Firm fixed price contract - Compliance with MIL-PRF-23236 specification - Delivery deadline specified; performance and record retention up to 3 years after final payment

Evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). PPIRS will be used to determine vendor responsibility.  Potential contractors will be screened for responsibility in accordance with FAR 9.104.
