This opportunity from the U.S. Air Force's 766 Enterprise Sources Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii, seeks quotes for a hazardous material building to serve as a waste accumulation point. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Pacific Air Forces, 766 Enterprise Sources Squadron (766 ESS), JBPHH, HI - Product Requested: - One prefabricated, weatherproof steel hazardous material building - Engineered for high wind resistance (minimum 120 mph) - Three rooms separated by 2-hour fire-rated walls - Explosion-proof electrical and lighting systems - Climate control with explosion-proof exhaust fan - Integrated dry chemical fire suppression system - Spill containment sump (65-gallon capacity) - Hurricane-proof doors with steel access ramps - PE-stamped structural calculations required - Must safely store ~150 gallons of flammable liquids and 1,000 lbs. of solid hazardous waste - Services Requested: - Installation of the building at JBPHH (preferred, not mandatory) - Notable Requirements: - Delivery required within 120 days after contract award - Technical capability, delivery/installation, warranty, and price are key evaluation factors - Building must be fully prefabricated and weatherproof - Designed for hazardous material storage and safety compliance - OEMs: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; offerors may propose suitable manufacturers - Quantities: - One building unit requested - Attachments detail technical specifications and installation preferences

Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and is being issued as a Request for Quote.  Notice to Offerors/Suppliers: Funds are not presently available for this effor. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. 

Please refer to the Attachment "FA521526Q0037_RFQ.pdf" for instructions on submitting quotes, and reference the attached document "Salient Characterisitcs - Hazardous Material Building.pdf" for reference to the required product.  All submissions MUST include a completed Section 6 - 9 of the Combo Solicitation. Sections 6 - 9 cover all of the required information  and failure to provide all sections may result in the quote being considered non-responsive.  OFFERS DUE: 8th of September, 1600 HST. 

Delivery shall be coordinated with FOB: Destination to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, 96818.
