Description

The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking quotes for re-roofing three cabins located at S-3 Camp Winonah in Harriman State Park, specifically cabins 402, 414, and 415. The project involves removing existing shingles, making necessary wood repairs, installing plywood sheathing, staining and installing new fascia boards, applying ice and water shield and tar paper, installing new drip edges, architectural shingles, and proper flashing around roof penetrations. The site must be left clean with all debris removed. Site visits are scheduled for August 21 and August 26, 2026.
