Description
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform the recurring fire sprinkler inspections and testing, required documentation, and emergency response services described in this Statement of Work (SOW). All work shall be performed at the locations identified herein and in accordance with applicable NFPA standards, TJC requirements, manufacturer requirements, and other applicable codes and standards.
The Contractor shall perform only work authorized by the Government and shall perform such work at the intervals specified in this SOW, the applicable work order, and governing codes and standards.
