Description
The Contractor shall provide all services, materials, and equipment necessary for the repair/maintenance of the following equipment located in the U.S. Naval Hospital Rota Spain, to ensure dependable and reliable equipment operation, place of performance will be Laboratory US Naval Hospital Rota, Spain (Base Naval de Rota, Rota (Cadiz) Spain) 11520. This contract will provide an all-inclusive hematology Analyzer Reagent Delivery and Maintenance program. The vendor shall provide continuous, uninterrupted delivery of all necessary reagents, calibrators, quality controls, and consumable supplies required to operate contractor-placed hematology analyzers. Additionally, the contractor is fully responsible for providing scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and on-demand Corrective Maintenance (CM) (including all parts, travel, and labor) to guarantee instrument uptime and clinical readiness.
