The Food Analysis and Diagnostic Laboratory (FADL) at Fort Sam Houston, under the U.S. Army Medical Command, is soliciting accredited calibration, temperature mapping, and repair services for laboratory equipment. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Medical Command, W40M MRC0 WEST office, JBSA Ft Sam Houston, Texas - Food Analysis and Diagnostic Laboratory (FADL), Fort Sam Houston - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; services must comply with ISO 17025:2017 and A2LA accreditation standards - Products/Services Requested: - Accredited onsite calibration for up to 200 pipettes annually (fixed, variable, single, or multi-channel, manual or electronic) - Accredited repair services for up to 12 pipettes - Accredited offsite calibration for up to 6 reference weight sets - Accredited onsite calibration for up to 9 reference thermometers - Accredited calibration for up to 26 analytical balances - Accredited calibration and temperature mapping for up to 5 autoclaves - Provision of detailed calibration reports within five days, compliant with ISO 17025:2017 and A2LA - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All calibration and repair services must be performed according to ISO 17025:2017 standards - Detailed calibration reports must include pass/fail status, measurement uncertainties, correction factors, data points, uniformity maps, and traceability - Services include both onsite (semiannual visits) and offsite work as needed - Reports must be delivered within five calendar days of service completion
