VA Privacy Act Request Fulfillment (PARF) Services This RFI has been issued via multiple sources including SAM.gov and GSA s Market Research as a Service. Interested vendors need only respond to the RFI once. VBA is conducting market research for a managed service to fulfill Privacy Act/FOIA records requests using automation, AI, human review, secure VA system integration, quality controls, electronic delivery, scalable processing, and continuous modernization to improve timeliness, quality, and cost.
