The California Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive Occupational Medical Examination and Laboratory Services for approximately 275 federal employees annually. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, California Army National Guard, California Occupational Health Office (CAOHO), W7MX USPFO ACTIVITY CA ARNG - Services Requested: - Occupational health medical surveillance exams (preplacement, baseline, periodic, fit for duty, exposure, respiratory medical clearance, exit exams) - Laboratory support services including audiograms, venipuncture, blood lead/ZPP, blood cadmium, blood chromium tests, pulmonary function tests (PFT), respiratory clearance, and respiratory fit tests - Scheduling and quality assurance for all exams - Products/Line Items: - Complete Medical Exam & QA (275) - Audiogram (275/50) - Venipuncture (50/75) - Blood Lead/ZPP (75) - Blood Cadmium (75/46) - Blood Chromium (46/13) - Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) (13/85) - Respiratory Clearance (85) - Respiratory Fit Test (85) - Scheduling (275) - Unique Requirements: - All services must comply with OSHA and Department of Defense regulations - Licensed personnel required; quality control and timely reporting of results and abnormal findings - Set aside for small businesses (HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB) - Firm fixed price contract; inspection and acceptance in Sacramento, CA - No specific OEMs or equipment manufacturers are named; focus is on medical and laboratory services - Period of Performance: - 1 base year (12 months) with four 12-month option years - Annual recurring requirement for medical surveillance exams and lab tests

Description

This requirement is for non-personal health care services contract to perform Occupational Health Medical Surveillance Exams and Laboratory Support Services in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and other Department of Defense (DoD) regulations. The contractor(s) will be required to provide preplacement, baseline, periodic, fit for duty, exposure, respiratory medical clearance and exit exams as required by OSHA law and DoD regulation to Federal Employees of the CAARNG.
