Description
The purpose of this Statement of Need (SON) is to purchase an Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) System. Requires the procurement, installation, configuration, and sustainment of an enterprise ALPR system capable of supporting installation access control, criminal investigations, force protection operations, and interagency information sharing through continuous monitoring of designated access control points and other Government-identified locations. System must provide continuance support via a base plus four (4) option year contract to include warranty for items provided at purchase and continuance software updates.
