Sheppard Air Force Base is seeking a comprehensive CCTV security system for Building 450 as part of the Landing Zone Camera Project. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Sheppard Air Force Base, 82d Contracting Squadron - Products Requested: - 10 high-definition IP cameras (day/night infrared, up to 12 MP, anti-vandal, real-time IP transmission) - Network switches, SFP modules, cabling, connectors, mounting hardware, power supplies, and network integration components - Monitoring workstation with minimum 27-inch display - Video management software (VMS) with 10 licenses for analytics and administrative control - Network Video Recorder (NVR) with local power backup and minimum 30-day video retention - Services Requested: - Complete installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning - Comprehensive training for designated personnel - Minimum 1-year warranty on all equipment and installation - Optional annual preventive maintenance service agreements for up to 4 years (includes software updates, license renewals, and system support) - Unique Requirements: - System must cover specific areas (Auditorium, Kitchen/Dining, Conference/Game Rooms) - No site visits or questions permitted due to time constraints - All offers must be submitted via email - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified; vendors must meet the technical requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. - Small business set-aside under NAICS code 334220.

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding amendments. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation FA302026Q0114 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide ten (10) Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) security system at Sheppard AFB, Texas. See attached Landing Zone Statement of Work (SOW) for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the commodity sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS code is 334220, and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees.

Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.
