This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation F2DTAG6194A001_ UTTR 20' ContainGo Gooseneck Mobilizing Trailer is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026

The Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) requires a specialized trailer (classified strictly as equipment, meaning it must have a "no-floor" design) to transport, load, unload, and precisely position 20-foot containerized Mobile Command Posts (MCPs) used in support of test and mission operations. This requirement is for one (1) new 2025 ContainGo Gooseneck Mobilizer Trailer Standard, equipped with tandem 10,000-lb axles, a dual-wheel gooseneck configuration, a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of up to 25,000 lbs., two custom ratchet hook binders, and two guide pins.
