The Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive medical screening services for its Office of Export Enforcement employees and applicants. - Government Buyer: - Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security - Office of Export Enforcement - Shared Services Procurement Office - Services Requested: - Medical clearance and surveillance examinations (pre-employment and periodic) - Fitness-for-duty evaluations - Occupational medical surveillance case reviews - Audiometry, electrocardiogram, comprehensive vision exams, vital signs measurement, tuberculosis skin tests, comprehensive exams (moderate complexity), lead blood testing, blood protoporphyrins testing - Project office management (fixed price) - Quantities: - Estimated annual quantities include: 25 audiometry, 25 electrocardiograms, 25 vision exams, 25 vital signs/height/weight, 25 tuberculosis skin tests, 70 comprehensive exams, 25 missed work-ups/procedures, 25 missed exams, 70 occupational medicine consultant case reviews, 70 lead blood tests, 70 blood protoporphyrins tests, 1 project office management - Total screenings anticipated: 30-300 per year - Unique Requirements: - Exams must be performed by licensed independent practitioners and reviewed by a board-certified occupational health physician - Reports must be delivered electronically in a secure, HIPAA-compliant manner - Contractor must provide all necessary personnel and equipment - Nationwide network of occupational health providers required - Technical and price proposals must address technical approach, relevant experience, management, quality control, and price fairness - No specific OEMs or product manufacturers are named; all services are medical in nature - No products are requested; only medical screening and related services

Description

This Request for Quote (RFQ) solicits Quotes for Bureau of Industry and Security Medical Screening on behalf of the Department of Commerce (DOC) bureaus and offices.

This will result in the establishment of a single award firm fixed unit price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

The contract will consist of a 12-month base period and four additional 12-month option periods.
