This opportunity is for Base Operating Support (BOS) Master Planning and Real Property Management Services supporting USARCENT and Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army - Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Bragg (MICC-FB) - U.S. Army Central Command (USARCENT) Engineer Directorate - Services Requested: - BOS Reachback Services: On-site support for facilities and base camp engineering - Master Planning Services: Develop and update master plans, program management, real property data management - Facilities/Base Camp Master Planning: Action plans, execution plans, construction project management, technical expertise, database maintenance, value engineering, cost estimating - Real Estate/Real Property Master Planning: Space utilization analysis, integration of real property data, support agreements, compliance with security and regulatory requirements - Travel and Contract Access Fee included - Personnel Requirements: - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary - Personnel must possess SECRET clearance and qualifications in engineering, architecture, and real property management - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Prime contractor must have a SECRET facility clearance; Company SMO required prior to award - 100% service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside - Performance across CONUS and OCONUS locations (including Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Israel, etc.) - Period of Performance: - 12-month base period with three 12-month option years (up to 48 months total) - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, or part numbers are mentioned; this is a service-focused procurement.

Description

All questions are due to the Government no later than August 27, 2026 at 900 A.M. EST. Please see attached PWS for specific scope of work. 

There is an incumbent to this solicitaiton: W91247-23-F-0036.

The prime contractor must possess a SECRET facility clearnance, it should be in place prior to award. The Company SMO must be provided prior to award to verify the companies FCL status. 

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal defined in the PWS.
