Description

The Maryland Department of Health is seeking a vendor to provide targeted technical assistance to organizations interested in enrolling as Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP) suppliers, as well as to current or provisional suppliers facing challenges with enrollment, billing, or program operations. The selected subject matter expert will deliver individualized and group-based technical assistance, develop practical enrollment and billing resources, and support problem-solving to increase successful MDPP enrollment and sustainability across Maryland. The contract period is from October 1, 2026, to June 29, 2027. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for August 31, 2026, via Google Meet.
