Pitt County Government is soliciting qualifications from prospective General Contractors for General Single-Prime Construction of the New Administration Building. Interested contractors must submit a completed Prime-Contractor-Prequalification-Form and supporting documentation via email by September 2, 2026, for evaluation and approval by the Owner/Architect. The Pre-Qualification Package can be obtained from JKF Architecture or downloaded from a provided DropBox link. Approved pre-qualified contractors will be eligible to receive actual bid packages around September 15, 2026.
