The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to serve as General Contractor for the design, manufacture, delivery, and turnkey installation of a new modular Youth Center Facility. The facility will be located on an undeveloped parcel near the LTBB Government Center and will provide safe, accessible, flexible, and youth-focused programming space for educational, cultural, recreational, and community activities. The modular building is approximately 3000 sq ft, single story, with options for slab on grade foundation or crawl space, and must be ADA compliant with high efficiency HVAC, complete electrical, communication, water, sewer, and plumbing systems ready to connect to onsite utilities.
