Description

The City of Patterson is seeking proposals and qualifications from qualified organizations and entities to reestablish and operate services for individuals and/or families experiencing homelessness at a City-owned facility located at 415 South 4th Street, Patterson, CA. The facility was previously used as a women’s and children’s shelter. The City prefers the facility to include a shelter component but is open to alternative or phased approaches that provide meaningful services and pathways out of homelessness. Proposers are encouraged to recommend an operating model based on their experience, resources, and assessment of how to best serve the homeless population in Patterson.
