Description

The City of Kennewick is requesting submittals from qualified firms or teams to provide critical project management, legal guidance and advocacy in support of capital construction projects, including but not limited to a new City Hall, aquatic facility, and Fire Station No. 6. The Owner’s Representative may provide project management oversight on all project phases through completion in alignment with the City’s goals and best interest. The City will post any addenda and bidder questions & answers solely through Public Purchase. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
