This opportunity seeks a qualified Internet Service Provider to deliver dedicated, high-performance Internet connectivity for the CDC Country Office in Kinshasa, DRC. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Kinshasa, CDC Office - Contracting Officer: Vernetta Wheeler - Services Requested: - Dedicated symmetrical fiber-to-the-premises Internet circuit (minimum 50 Mbps download/upload) - Dedicated /29 public IPv4 subnet - Installation, configuration, testing, and activation of service - Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and 24/7 technical support - Access to monitoring portal and monthly SLA reporting - Failover capabilities required - Quantities: - 12 months of Internet service (base year), with two 12-month option years - 1 initial installation - Unique Requirements: - Prohibition on use of equipment from ZTE, Huawei, Xiaomi, or affiliates - Service level requirements: 99.5% availability, packet loss ≤1% - No specific OEMs or vendors named; open to qualified ISPs able to meet technical and security requirements.

Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) requires a qualified Internet Service Provider (ISP) to provide dedicated Internet connectivity for the CDC Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) Country Office. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, installation, monitoring, maintenance, and technical support necessary to provide reliable Internet services throughout the period of performance.
