Description
The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is soliciting bids for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, permits, and disposal services to remove roofing, envelope, and siding, replace the roof membrane, seal all penetrations, and replace all materials with new at Bryant Airfield 47427, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska. The contractor must use a dust control system to prevent dust contamination in other parts of the building.
