The Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs (DMVA) Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) is soliciting bids to replace the entire roof and all siding, paint and patch all upper and lower concrete areas, paint all hangar doors, windows, exterior doors, and exterior ladders on Bryant Army Airfield (BAAF) Hangar 1 at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER). Additional bid alternatives include replacing all existing exterior doors and windows. A mandatory walk-through is scheduled for September 3, 2026, and bids are due by 1:00 pm Alaska Time on September 15, 2026.
