Description

The City of North Lauderdale is seeking proposals from qualified landscape contractors to provide citywide landscape maintenance and irrigation services. The work includes maintenance along medians, swales, and rights-of-way as described in the Statement of Work and Exhibit A, with an option to include additional medians and City-owned parcels. Services encompass mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, fertilization, shrub and hedge care, mulch installation, tree care, litter and debris control, and routine maintenance, wet testing, and repair of irrigation systems. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 2, 2026.
