The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking consulting engineering firms to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services to support the Fredericksburg District project delivery at various phases under a Fixed Billable Rate contract. The initial contract term is one year with a maximum value of $10,000,000, with the possibility of renewal for three additional one-year terms, each valued at $10,000,000.
