Description

This solicitation is for maintenance support services for the InFor/EnRoute Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) software used by Escambia County Public Safety. The scope includes routine maintenance, technical support, bug fixing, software updates, enhancements, customization, interface development, security management, VPN connection provisioning, documentation, reporting, user support, and training. The contract duration is from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The selected vendor must have proprietary knowledge, access to the original software source code, and provide 24/7/365 support with rapid response times.
