Description

The City of Ontario Fire Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional consulting services to support accreditation through the Commission on Fire Accreditation International (CFAI). The engagement is a phased, multi-year effort including community risk assessment, standards of cover study, strategic planning, development of a self-assessment manual, ISO optimization, and accreditation readiness support. The consultant will also implement a knowledge transfer and sustainability framework to enable the department to maintain accreditation independently. The contract term is three years with two one-year options to extend.
