Description

The City of Fredericksburg is seeking qualified contractors to perform conservation, preservation, and restoration services for the General Hugh Mercer monument, which includes a bronze statue and stone base. The project aims to stabilize materials, halt deterioration, remove corrosion and biological growth, and restore visual integrity following AIC guidelines and the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards.
